The challenge they face here is that they are running into another type of mistreatment. We are used to them doing almost all of the house work so when they are home, we mistakenly try to interfere with their time to work their business. This is why it is critical for all Women working a Home Based Business to have a Global Mentor.

There are women who make it seem as if running a home based business and taking care of their family or having a healthy social life is a breeze. However, if her Global Mentor is not properly assisting her, the the pressures of family life and the business could cause failure. If you have a weak Global Mentor, go find another. DROP EM.

Most business women stop at the pinnacle of their career just to spend time with their family. But now that home based businesses are becoming popular, not to mention booming, they can still continue working without sacrificing being with their family.

Do yourself a favor and set ground rules with your family. your Husband and your kids give you your space and respect that you do have a business to run. You can call this gold time. This is the time that yo need to work your business and minimize distractions. Your Husband must be on board with your efforts to grow your business if you are to be successful.

Balancing both of them can be very exhausting, not to mention demanding. Nevertheless, there are means to cope through these without losing your head. You need to have a heart to heart talk with your family. Nothing too serious, make it seem like a normal family meeting or conversation. This approach will ease your family into feeling comfortable as you relay to them what the real situation is. They have to understand that you are still working even if you don’t go to your office anymore. You can make a schedule so you can stabilize your time and give an equal share of your concentration to your work and to your family.

Household chores were never meant to be a one woman show. If your kids are staying with you during daytime, where you mostly get your work done, ask them to help out in everyday tasks around the house. When they’re done, you and your kids can cook lunch and have time to eat together. Not only is this beneficial to you, it will also help your kids become more responsible and mature.

The sooner, the better—this has always been a good motto for busy people. If you want to have more time with your kids, you should not put off any work that needs to be done. Remember, if you wrap your work up in advance you can be ahead of schedule and you can even surprise your kids with a walk in the park or a trip to mall.

Develop your Financial Freedom Plan and get your Husband’s signature to solidify the deal. Insure he knows that you have potential to earn more than he does through a good home based business. You are the one that needs to make it happen and keep the family to respecting your time to work.
